Brief:
The client needed a standalone disc-based course that could be used by TSA employees to increase the level of preparedness to operate screening technology and respond to an identified security threat.

Solution:
KeyBridge developed a one-hour DVD training course to educate transportation system employees on basic screening procedures and processes. It included six modules, a post-assessment test, and a course conclusion. It also included Flash interactions, drag-and-drop activities, and news briefs about terrorism threats, as well as a tip button linking to safety tips, printable job aids, and other useful resources.
