Brief:
The client needed a course to educate maritime passenger vessel employees about the characteristics and security implications of large crowds in a vessel or terminal environment

Solution:
KeyBridge created a CD-based multimedia course to introduce maritime industry employees to the practical knowledge needed to handle large amounts of passengers, as well as the actions to be taken to help such groups recover from a threat or incident. This course included quizzes and scenario-based questions, exploratory learning, animation to reinforce concepts, and a video spokesperson to introduce topics and provide supplemental information.
